These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of cÜra (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or buying products you agree to these Terms.

2. Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and able to enter binding contracts.

3. Orders & pricing
We will confirm orders by email. Prices shown are in dollars and exclude duties, taxes, and shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors.

4. Payments
We accept payments via the payment processors listed on the site (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Payment processors’ terms apply. We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates. For cross-border sales, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations — Final Sale
All products sold through this website are final sale. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at curasupplements@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed.

7. Product information & medical disclaimer
Products and information on this site are not medical advice. Do not use supplements if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or having health conditions without consulting a healthcare professional. We make no medical claims beyond those permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, app, design) is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.

9. User content
If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify and publish that content across channels. No offensive or illegal content.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of products.

13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, United States.  Disputes will be handled in the courts of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.

We may update the Terms; material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
